Each non-smoking cabin comes with a full kitchenette equipped with table and chairs, a refrigerator, stove, automatic coffee pot, microwave, toaster, pots, pans, and dishes, satellite television, outdoor grill, fire pit, back deck, and outdoor electric plugins and parking for your boat. . All bedding and linens are included with your stay. All our cabins are nestled in the trees of hickory hollow for a calm quiet relaxing stay.
PAYMENT OF RENT IS DUE IN FULL UPON ARRIVAL
A one night deposit is required on day of reservation.
2 night minimum on major holiday weekends.
$20.00 cleaning fee for one night rentals.
CANCELLATION POLICY
There is a two week cancellation notice required on all reservations for full refund.
Full payment is required within the 24 hours of your reservation.
No refunds will be given on early check out.
Pets are not to be left unattended in cabins
NO pets allowed on beds or furniture and a credit card will be held in case of any damage to cabin.
Pets are to be on a leash at all times.
Pets must be cleaned up after and that you scoop after your pet.
